In order to do that, we developed a conversion-centered
design for OUTWORKBELIZE. In OUTWORKBELIZE, a user has both roles as a buyer
and a seller.
The core value of a service Platform relies on its ability to match the people looking for a service with the most suitable providers. This is the most important flow that OUTWORKBELIZE focuses on.
Homepage: visitors can quickly determine whether the site provides what they need, then take a look at service categories and click on a category, a Service(s) or search with any keywords. (In OUTWORKBELIZE, we call a service “Service(s)”)
In the Service(s) listing page, buyers
can browse Service(s)s with no confusion since each Service(s) is displayed as a block with well-organized information. Buyers can be aware of which Service(s) is suitable for their needs based on the image, description, ratings and status of every single Service(s). Besides, buyers can also view the related Service(s)s using the advance filter (by category, tag or rating) without reloading the site.

Detailed page with clear service description, intuitive sample pictures, real order number, and reliable ratings/reviews.
This helps the users to learn about a Service(s) better before deciding to order. Buyers can also view and select the extra tasks of Service(s) so that buyers can make sure it matches their needs.
When Purchasing on OUTWORKBELIZE, buyers can only place an order if they have signed up to the website to have a buyer’s account.
This secures many ways to track your orders and help with disputes. We understand how important communication is in the purchase process, therefore a chat system is integrated to help both sides (buyer/seller) clearly comprehend the scope of work and stimulate positive results.
Therefore, OUTWORKBELIZE offers a communication system which allows buyers and sellers to discuss directly through a chat and receive notification to each parties’ emails whenever they have new messages.
Thus, they can constantly communicate until the ordered Service(s) is/are finished. With a simple checkout interface and a highlighted call-to-action button, buyers will be more eager to complete his/her order(s). OUTWORKBELIZE also supports users to change order information at check-out before finalizing payment. Once an order has been placed, with a tracking order system, both buyers and seller can easily monitor the status of Service(s) (Pending, Active, Late, Delivered, Finished, Disputing or Disputed). Each status relates closely to the Purchase & Payment Flows through their respective dashboards.
OUTWORKBELIZE aims to bring satisfaction to both buyers and sellers to keep them longer on the website. we understand successful user interactions and transactions will stimulate the growth of our website.
Once a seller finishes his/her Service(s) and delivers to buyer, the buyer can choose to accept the work and/or change the status of Service(s) to Order Finished, then he/she can write a review for that seller.
If the customer is not happy with the Service(s), he/she may send a dispute request to the seller, if it is not resolved, it is carried up to the admin of OUTWORKBELIZE whome will intervene to investigate and will do so based on agreements made on the site’s chat to fairly know who is right and who is wrong.
For Buyers, OUTWORKBELIZE helps them monitor all Service(s) easily through the buyer’s dashboard.
Sellers can change the status of a Service(s) (active, pause or archived) based on his/her schedule.
When a Service(s) is paused, it won’t be available for order on the main screen; that is to say if the seller is taking a vacation or a break due to some emergency and has no way of having someone fill in for them, they do not lose their account, it just becomes invisible on the site.
