These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OUTWORKBELIZE website, including all content, features, and services available at www.outworkbelize.com.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site for your business.
Eligibility
This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Site or any OUTWORKBELIZE services.
Language
The original language of these Terms and all other content on the Site is English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Key Terms
- Buyers: Users who purchase services on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Sellers: Users who offer and perform services through Service(s) or the Logo Maker on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Service(s): Offerings provided by Sellers on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Service(s) Page: The page where Sellers describe their services, set terms, and Buyers can place orders.
- Service(s) Packages: Bundled service offerings at various price points, which may include upgrades.
- Service(s) Extras: Additional services offered by Sellers for an extra fee.
- Custom Offers: Tailored proposals created by Sellers in response to specific Buyer needs.
- Custom Orders: Requests from Buyers for Custom Offers.
- Unique Products: Products with distinct features and benefits that meet specific Buyer needs.
- Orders: Formal agreements between Buyers and Sellers initiated through a purchase.
- Order Page: The communication hub for Buyers and Sellers regarding an active order.
- Disputes: Conflicts between Buyers and Sellers during an order process.
- OUTWORKBELIZE Balance: The total of a Seller’s earnings and/or refunded payments to Buyers from canceled orders.
- Revenue: Earnings from completed orders, which Sellers can withdraw or use for purchases on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Payment Services Provider(s): Third-party services that manage payment processing, fund transfers, currency exchange, and balance holding.
- Logo Design: Original logo designs uploaded by Sellers via the OUTWORKBELIZE Logo Maker.
Overview (Main Terms, in a Nutshell)
- Only registered users may buy and sell on OUTWORKBELIZE. Registration is free.
- Service(s) on OUTWORKBELIZE may be offered at the seller’s discretion.
- Orders are purchased through the Order button found on a Seller’s Service(s) page or through a Custom Offer.
- Sellers must fulfill their orders and may not cancel orders regularly or without cause. Frequent cancellations may affect a seller’s reputation and status.
- Sellers gain account statuses (Levels) based on their performance and reputation. Advanced levels provide benefits such as offering services at higher prices through Service(s) Extras or selling Service(s) in multiples.
- Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through outworkbelize.com.
- When purchasing a Service(s), Buyers are granted all rights to the delivered work unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Service(s) page. Note: Some Service(s) may require additional payments through Service(s) Extras for a Commercial Use License.
- OUTWORKBELIZE retains the right to use all published delivered works for marketing and promotional purposes.
SELLERS
Basics
- Sellers create Service(s) on OUTWORKBELIZE to allow Buyers to purchase their services.
- Sellers may also offer custom or unique offers to Buyers in addition to their listed Service(s).
- Each Service(s) sold and successfully completed credits the Seller’s account with 100% of the purchase amount.
- If an order is cancelled, OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider will manage the refund process.
- Revenues become available for withdrawal from the Revenue page after a safety clearance period of 14 days once the order is marked as complete. Top Rated Sellers and Pro Sellers may withdraw revenue after a 7-day clearance period.
- Sellers may not promote their Service(s) or any OUTWORKBELIZE content via the Google Ads platform.
- Seller ratings are calculated based on reviews posted by Buyers.
- High ratings help Sellers achieve advanced Seller levels. Extremely low ratings may result in account suspension.
- For security reasons, OUTWORKBELIZE may temporarily disable a Seller’s ability to withdraw revenue to prevent fraudulent or suspicious activity. This may result from security concerns, improper behavior reported by Buyers, or linking multiple OUTWORKBELIZE accounts to a single withdrawal provider.
- Sellers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, or other local taxes. Sellers confirm that they comply with all tax obligations in their jurisdiction. Prices shown on Service(s) pages or Logo Maker order pages include all applicable taxes and charges.
- Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent: Sellers authorize OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider to act as their limited payment collection agent. This means payments made by Buyers to OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider are considered payments made directly to the Seller. Once payment is received by OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider, the Buyer’s payment obligation is fulfilled. If funds are not remitted to the Seller, the Seller’s recourse is with OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider, not the Buyer. OUTWORKBELIZE may reflect these terms in receipts, disclosures, or notices provided to Buyers.
- OUTWORKBELIZE partners with its service provider to collect payments from Buyers, transfer payments to Sellers, and hold funds. All payment services related to fund withdrawals are managed by OUTWORKBELIZE’s Payment Services Providers.
- Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage sufficient to cover all risks associated with their services.
Service(s)
- Service(s) are created and offered on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Service(s) or users may be removed from the Site for violating these Terms of Service or the Community Standards. Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal or fraudulent services
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Adult-oriented, pornographic, or obscene content
- Intentional copies of other Service(s)
- Spam, deceptive, or violent content
- Misleading Service(s)
- Reselling regulated goods
- Academic work prepared on behalf of Buyers
- Services exceeding 30 days in duration
- Poor quality Service(s)
- Marketing activities that violate laws, third-party terms, or harm OUTWORKBELIZE’s reputation
- Service(s) removed for violations may result in account suspension and are not eligible for restoration or editing.
- Service(s) may be removed from search results due to poor performance or user misconduct.
- Service(s) may include pre-approved website URLs in the description or requirements box. URLs promoting content that violates OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms or Community Standards will be removed.
- Service(s) must include a relevant image that reflects the service offered. Sellers may upload up to two additional images. The delivered service must match the quality shown in the images. Repeated mismatches may result in loss of Seller status or account deactivation.
- Service(s) may include an approved video uploaded via the Service(s) management tools.
- Statements on Service(s) pages that undermine or bypass these Terms are prohibited.
- Eligible Service(s) in select categories may offer structured Service(s) Packages with multiple price points.
Service(s) Extras
- Service(s) Extras are additional services offered on top of the Seller’s base Service(s) for an extra price set by the Seller.
- Service(s) Extras may be removed if they violate OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service or Community Standards. Refer to the Service(s) section for examples of prohibited content.
- The number and pricing of Service(s) Extras are determined by the Seller.
- All Service(s) Extras must be directly related to the base Service(s) and included in the final deliverables.
- Service(s) Extras may span different service categories that contribute to a higher-quality final product.
- Sellers may extend the delivery time of an Order to accommodate the additional work required for each Service(s) Extra.
Levels
OUTWORKBELIZE supports Sellers in growing their visibility and success. Sellers who invest in self-promotion, deliver high-quality work, and maintain strong ratings are more likely to be discovered by Buyers.
- Sellers can earn account Levels based on their activity, performance, and reputation.
- Level advancement is managed by an automated system and updated periodically.
- The current Seller Levels are: Level 1, Level 2, and Top Rated.
- Sellers who fail to maintain quality, receive poor ratings, or deliver late may lose their Level status and associated benefits.
- Factors such as late deliveries, account warnings, and cancellations can affect a Seller’s Level.
- Higher Levels unlock benefits such as the ability to charge more through Service(s) Extras and sell Service(s) in multiples.
Custom Offers
- Sellers can create Custom Offers tailored to a Buyer’s specific needs.
- Each Custom Offer includes a detailed description of the service, the price, and the expected delivery time.
- Custom Offers are sent through the conversation page.
- Services offered through Custom Offers must comply with OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.
Shipping Physical Deliverables
Some services on OUTWORKBELIZE involve physical items (e.g., arts, crafts, collectibles). In these cases, Sellers may add shipping charges.
- Service(s) with shipping costs must involve physical items delivered to Buyers.
- Shipping fees apply only to the cost of sending physical items to Buyers.
- Buyers purchasing Service(s) with physical delivery must provide a valid shipping address.
- Sellers are responsible for all shipping arrangements once the Buyer provides the address.
- OUTWORKBELIZE does not manage or guarantee shipping, tracking, item quality, or delivery. It is not liable for any issues arising from shipping.
- Providing a tracking number is recommended to avoid disputes. If available, Sellers must enter the tracking number on the Order Page when delivering the item.
BUYERS
Basics
- Buyers may not offer direct payments to Sellers using payment systems outside of the OUTWORKBELIZE platform.
- OUTWORKBELIZE retains the right to use all publicly published delivered works for marketing and promotional purposes.
Local Currencies
- Buyers will be charged in the currency displayed on the payment page.
- All prices on OUTWORKBELIZE are derived from their original base price.
Taxes
- Buyers may be charged indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) depending on their residency, location, and applicable laws. These taxes are added to the price shown on the site and will always be displayed before payment.
- Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax requirements, including any obligation to deduct or withhold taxes.
- All prices and fees shown on the site are net amounts, payable after any applicable taxes, levies, or deductions.
ORDERS
Basics
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and assigned a unique OUTWORKBELIZE order number (#FO).
- Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the “Deliver Work” button on the Order Page, in accordance with the service purchased.
- Sellers may not misuse the “Deliver Work” button to mark incomplete orders as delivered. Doing so may result in order cancellation, a rating penalty, and a warning.
- An order is marked as complete once it is delivered and accepted by the Buyer. If no action is taken within 3 days of delivery, the order will be automatically marked as complete.
- Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve conflicts through the Resolution Center. If resolution fails or non-permitted usage is encountered, users may contact OUTWORKBELIZE Customer Support.
Handling Orders
- When a Buyer places an order, the Seller is notified via email and site notifications.
- Sellers must meet the delivery time specified when creating their Service(s).
- Failure to deliver on time allows the Buyer to cancel the order and may negatively affect the Seller’s status.
- Sellers must use the “Deliver Completed Work” button to submit final files and mark the order as delivered.
- Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. OUTWORKBELIZE is not liable for any damages resulting from file transfers or site usage.
- Buyers may use the “Request Revisions” feature on the Order Page if the delivered work does not match the Seller’s description or the agreed requirements.
Reviews
- Feedback reviews provided by Buyers upon completing an Order are a key part of OUTWORKBELIZE’s rating system. Reviews reflect the Buyer’s overall experience with the Seller and their service. Buyers are encouraged to communicate any concerns to the Seller during the active order.
- Leaving feedback is a Buyer’s right. Reviews will only be removed if they clearly violate OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service or Community Standards.
- To prevent misuse, all feedback must come from legitimate sales made exclusively through the OUTWORKBELIZE platform by verified users. Any attempt to manipulate ratings through fake purchases or multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.
- Feedback comments are publicly displayed on the Seller’s Service(s) page.
- Work Samples are images or videos delivered to Buyers in the delivery message. If the Buyer chooses to publish the Work Sample while leaving a public review, it will be added to the Seller’s Live Portfolio.
- Sellers may not withhold delivery of services, files, or required information in exchange for favorable reviews or additional services.
- Once work is delivered, Buyers have three days to respond. If no response is received, the Order will be marked as complete.
- Buyers may leave reviews up to 10 days after the Order is marked as complete. No reviews can be added after this period.
- Sellers may not request the removal of feedback reviews through mutual cancellations.
Disputes and Cancellations
Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve conflicts directly. If resolution fails after using the Resolution Center, or if non-permitted usage is encountered, users may contact OUTWORKBELIZE Customer Support.
Order Cancellations
- OUTWORKBELIZE encourages mutual resolution of service disputes via the Resolution Center.
- Cancellation requests submitted to OUTWORKBELIZE will be reviewed by Customer Support based on factors such as violations of Terms of Service, misconduct, or misuse of the delivery system.
- Completed orders (or milestones) may be cancelled within 14 days of completion, subject to review. Partial cancellations are not allowed.
- In rare cases, Customer Support may cancel an order beyond the 14-day window. Refunds will be determined by OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider.
- Orders cannot be cancelled based on service quality if the Seller delivered the service as described. Buyers may still leave a review reflecting their experience.
- Orders may be cancelled for non-permitted usage, including harassment, unlawful behavior, or other violations.
Cancellation Scenarios
Active Orders (before delivery):
- Seller is late and unresponsive for more than 24 hours.
- Abusive behavior, including threats or misuse of personal information.
- Use of copyright/trademark-infringing materials.
- User account is inactive due to violations or closure.
Delivered Orders (before marked complete):
- Seller uses the delivery system to delay without providing final work.
- No files or proof of work are delivered.
- Seller requests additional payments to release final delivery.
- Seller withholds delivery for better ratings.
- Buyer abuses the “Request Revisions” feature to demand extra services.
- Buyer threatens negative reviews to gain more services.
Completed Orders (within 14 days):
- Verified use of copyright/trademark-infringing materials.
- Buyer uses materials commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
- Manipulation of delivery or resolution process that prevents fair use of the Resolution Center.
Refunds
- OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider has full responsibility to issue refunds upon verified evidence of disputes.
- Deposit refunds (i.e., refunds directly to your payment provider) may be processed by our Customer Support team based on the original payment amount and currency.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, the number of refund requests is limited and subject to review by OUTWORKBELIZE’s service provider. Refunds may also be subject to an additional fee.
Selling Your Design on OUTWORKBELIZE Logo
- By uploading a Logo Design to OUTWORKBELIZE, you confirm that it is your original work, you own all rights to it, and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- You also confirm that the design has never been sold before and will not be offered for sale outside of OUTWORKBELIZE.
- OUTWORKBELIZE may limit the number of active Logo Designs you can offer.
- OUTWORKBELIZE retains the right to use all uploaded Logo Designs for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Logo Design Commercial Use License
- Upon completion of a Logo Design order and subject to payment, the Seller grants the Buyer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the Logo Design with the Buyer’s brand name for any lawful purpose.
- This license does not include any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- Neither the Seller nor OUTWORKBELIZE is liable for any claims or damages arising from the license, the Logo Design, or its use.
- The Seller retains full ownership and copyright of the Logo Design. No ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer.
User Conduct and Protection
OUTWORKBELIZE promotes a friendly, professional, and community-driven environment. Users are expected to uphold these values in all interactions on the platform.
To report violations of the Terms of Service, Community Standards, or user misconduct, please contact Customer Support.
Orders
- Users who attempt to defame competing Sellers by placing orders with malicious intent will have their reviews removed and may face account-related actions following review by the Trust & Safety team.
Reporting Violations
- If you encounter content that violates OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service or Community Standards, report it through the appropriate channels.
- All reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team. To protect privacy, investigation outcomes are not shared.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Violations
- Users may receive warnings for violating the Terms of Service, Community Standards, or for misconduct.
- Warnings are sent via email and displayed on the user’s account.
- While warnings do not restrict account activity, repeated or severe violations may result in loss of Seller status or permanent account suspension.
Non-Permitted Usage
Adult Services & Pornography
- OUTWORKBELIZE strictly prohibits the exchange of pornographic materials and services.
Inappropriate Behavior & Language
- Communication must be respectful, constructive, and professional. Bullying, harassment, and hate speech are not tolerated.
- Users may interact via messages, order ratings, the Community Forum, and social media platforms.
Phishing and Spam
- Security is a top priority. Publishing or sending malicious content to compromise another user’s account or device is strictly prohibited.
- Respect user privacy by only contacting others regarding their Service(s) or orders.
Privacy & Identity
- Do not publish or share others’ private or confidential information.
- Any personal information required for service completion must be exchanged on the Order Page.
- Sellers must not use Buyer information for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.
- Users who communicate outside of OUTWORKBELIZE are not protected by its Terms of Service.
Authentic OUTWORKBELIZE Profile
- Users must not create false identities, impersonate others, or use another user’s account.
- Profile information must be accurate, complete, and not misleading, offensive, or harmful.
- OUTWORKBELIZE may require identity verification to use the platform.
Intellectual Property Claims
- OUTWORKBELIZE responds to clear and complete notices of copyright or trademark infringement and violations of third-party terms.
Fraud / Unlawful Use
- Using OUTWORKBELIZE for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Abuse and Spam
Targeted Abuse
- Harassment of other users, including creating multiple accounts to target individuals, is not tolerated.
Selling Accounts
- Buying or selling OUTWORKBELIZE accounts is strictly prohibited.
Proprietary Restrictions
Site Ownership
The Site, including its layout, design, and content, is exclusively owned by OUTWORKBELIZE and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
OUTWORKBELIZE and its Service(s) are registered trademarks owned solely by OUTWORKBELIZE.
Users agree not to:
- Copy, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the Site’s source code or structure.
- Create derivative works from the Site.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

OUTWORKBELIZE is not obligated to implement any feedback received.
General Terms
- OUTWORKBELIZE may place accounts on hold or permanently disable them due to violations of the Terms of Service, Community Standards, or illegal/inappropriate use.
- Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
- Disabled accounts cannot buy or sell on OUTWORKBELIZE.
- Users with disabled accounts may contact Customer Support for information regarding the violation and account status.
- Users can enable security features to protect their accounts from unauthorized access.
- Account ownership must be verified through Customer Support using appropriate documentation.
- Sellers may withdraw revenue from disabled accounts after a 90-day safety period, following full ownership verification and subject to OUTWORKBELIZE’s approval.
- OUTWORKBELIZE may update its Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
User Generated Content (UGC)
User Generated Content refers to content uploaded by users (Buyers and Sellers), not created by OUTWORKBELIZE.
OUTWORKBELIZE does not pre-screen user content for appropriateness or rights violations.
Users are encouraged to report violations with proof of ownership. Reported content may be removed or disabled.
OUTWORKBELIZE is not responsible for:
- The content or quality of services provided by Sellers.
- Communications between Buyers and Sellers.
- Logo Designs created through the Logo Maker.
Sellers must have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to offer their services or Logo Designs.
Advertising must comply with relevant laws and platform terms. Violations may result in removal of services or account suspension.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated on the Seller’s Service(s) page, upon delivery and full payment, Buyers receive all intellectual property rights to the delivered work, including copyrights.
The work is considered “work-for-hire.” If it does not qualify, the Seller agrees to assign copyright ownership to the Buyer.
Ownership transfer is valid only after full payment. If payment is canceled, the Buyer may not use the delivered work.
For custom work (e.g., artwork, design, reports), the delivered work becomes the exclusive property of the Buyer.
Some services may require additional payment for a Commercial Use License.
- Personal Use: Buyers own all necessary rights.
- Business Use: Buyers must purchase a Commercial Use License via Service(s) Extras.
Voice Over Services
- Basic Rights: Lifetime use for any purpose except commercials.
- Commercial Rights (Buy-Out): Required for corporate, promotional, and non-broadcast purposes.
- Full Broadcast Rights (Buy-Out): Required for radio, TV, and internet commercials.
Sellers must keep Buyer information confidential and use it only for order fulfillment.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users agree that content they upload (e.g., Service(s) descriptions, images, videos, usernames) may be used by OUTWORKBELIZE for marketing or other purposes without compensation.
Voice Over Commercial Buy-Out
When purchasing a Voice Over Service(s), the Seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Voice Over, excluding commercials, radio, television, and internet commercial spots.
- Commercial Rights (Buy-Out): Grants a license for corporate, promotional, and non-broadcast purposes. This includes explainer videos, audiobooks, podcast intros, and excludes illegal, immoral, or defamatory use.
- Full Broadcast Rights (Buy-Out): Grants a license for full broadcasting, including TV commercials, radio commercials, internet radio, and streaming platforms. This also excludes illegal, immoral, or defamatory use.
This Buy-Out is subject to OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service.
There is no warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither the Seller nor OUTWORKBELIZE is liable for any claims or damages arising from this license, the delivery, or your use of the Voice Over.
Service(s) Commercial Use License
By purchasing a Commercial Use License with your Service(s) order, the Seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the delivered work for permitted commercial purposes.
The Seller retains all ownership rights to the work.
Permitted Commercial Purposes include:
- Advertising
- Promotion
- Creating web pages
- Integration into products, software, or other business-related tools
This license strictly excludes any illegal, immoral, or defamatory use.
The license is subject to OUTWORKBELIZE’s Terms of Service.
There is no warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither the Seller nor OUTWORKBELIZE is liable for any claims or damages arising from this license, the delivery, or your use of the work.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Site, its content, and any services or items obtained through the Site is at your own risk.
The Site, its content, and any services or items are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Neither OUTWORKBELIZE nor any person associated with OUTWORKBELIZE makes any warranty or representation regarding:

- Security

- Quality

Affiliate Definition: An affiliate is any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with OUTWORKBELIZE. Control means owning more than 50% of voting stock or having majority voting rights.
